Foreign guests visiting Russia must have a valid visa from Russian Embassy or consulate.

To obtain a visa you must have an official invitation letter from Saint-Petersburg State University.

We can send you an invitation letter upon receiving the following information about you:

1. Quality copy of the first page of your passport with your photo. (Copy of the first page of your passport as "lastname_passport.jpg" if possible).
2. Your name, patronymic name
3. Your date of birth
4. ID number of your passport
5. Date of issue and date of expiration of your passport
6. Your citizenship
7. Your place of work
8. Address of your University/Institute
9. Phone number with inter. code
10. Fax number with inter. code
11. City where visa will be requested
12. Period of time which you expect to spend in Russia
